Avery Bonzi '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Avery Bonzi and i attended Sunnyside High School in Sunnyside Washington. Like many other athletes sports play a big role into my life. I have been swimming since 2012 and throughout the time I tried other sports but none of them stuck with me, I’ve known I had a passion to swim my whole life. 

During my years of swim i have found an amazing community of people, some of these people I would consider my closest friends who have seen me at my best of times to my worst. All my coaches and teammates are like a family to me throughout the time I have spent with them and I wouldn’t want it any other way. A goal is to continue in that community and grow into a more collegiate level and make more memories there. 

Following I do know there is many things i need to explore with swimming and make so many more accomplishments then I have already. I have found myself while doing this sport and continue to do that everyday it is such a huge role in my life and who I am today. I want to get better and excel beyond high school, and i will work so hard to do so.
