Freshman year of tennis tryouts I was guaranteed the #2 Varsity Singles spot on my High School tennis team. As the #1 Varsity Singles girl endured a career ending injury I was moved up to the spot. From the beginning I was put at a leadership position. Throughout the years I have learned how to not only go through adversities, but to overcome them through supporting my team and never giving up on myself. By going through dynamic tennis seasons, I have taught myself to be easily coach-able, to be humble, and to be extremely mindful. I'm highly looking forward in playing college tennis and I would be great addition to your team by bringing positive energy and grit.
