Julia Grundevik '23 Recruiting Profile

I moved to Madison, Alabama from Sweden 3 years ago. I'm a proactive girl with high ambitions. My motto has always been "Dream, Believe, Achieve".  As a person I'm committed in what I do. I am thorough, dedicated, loyal and have a positive outlook on life with high social competence. I like to be in environment where diversity and respect for every individuals counts.
I have competed in Karate  in Sweden since I was 6 years old. I was the Swedish champion the last three years before I moved to the USA. Karate gave me strong self confidence and the courage to go one step further. It has foster me in a positive way in sports and in academics. I'm successful and perform very good in school as well.
