Hello my name is Jamie Ayers, 

I am currently a high school athlete, I run in girls cross country, varsity basketball player, and thrower/jumper/sprinter in track and field. I am a very coachable athlete, I make quick easy adjustments and show improvement fast. I strive to get quicker, better, and stronger in every sport I play in. I practice and train every day to be the best on my team and league. I have gotten leadership awards and team player awards from my coaches throughout the years. I work very well with other athletes that are just as determined as I am. I would be a great college athlete because I am determined to be the best in the sports that I love. 

Being offered an athletic scholarship is a once in a lifetime opportunity, I would be extremely grateful and l and would represent your university with honors. I am a strong believer that academics come first before sports. I want to go to medical school to become a nurse because I work well with people and I want to help people become healthy.
