Jazlyn Forbes '26 Recruiting Profile

I come from a very adventurous family.  I have always had a passion for running, hiking, basically getting out and moving in nature.  My older brother competed in cross country & track and it really inspired me to start running.  I have a very strong work ethic both in academics and sports.  I will put in the extra time with school work and get out and run the extra miles so I ensure my grades and competition times are the best I can achieve.  I show up early for school and practice ready to learn and also to push myself at practice to be the best version of myself.  I am an eager learner from both teachers and coaches and take feedback given to me and apply it so I can improve. My family has instilled the traits of hard work, dependability, and integrity first in me since I was young.
