Collegiate Goals and Aspirations:
I’ve always had aspirations to be an Marine Biologist since I was in the 5th grade. I plan to major in biology as an undergrad. My goal is to attend a school that has a great biology program with competitive athletics.
What makes me a good candidate for your team:
I am coachable and always willing to take constructive criticism from coaches or my peers. With being a quick learner, I can adjust to new things. Furthermore, I’m always willing to step in if needed.
What Makes Me Different From Other Recruits in Character, Athletics, and Academics:
I'm always locked in and focused on my techniques and how I execute my performance when I'm on the track or runway. I'm always thinking about certain tips or feedback I've gotten and making sure I apply it to my performance in each of my events. Although track and field is more of an individual sport than a team sport, when it comes to this sport, I don't just think of myself. I not only want to be extremely successful at what I do, but I also want my teammates to be successful. In terms of academics, I am a student first and an athlete second. To stay on top of things at school, I always prioritize my academics.
