I am Kennedy Ross, currently senior at Cedar Grove High School with a 3.3 GPA. Once I graduate high school , I will be attending college to major in nursing to become a pediatric endocrinology nurse. I started running track in the 11th grade of my high school year and I’ve made tremendous improvements from the beginning of the season all the way towards the end of my first season of running track and will continue to make improvements with my coach’s help. My goal this academically would to increase my GPA to a 3.5 and get scholarships for running track. Some of my goals in track would be in the 400m to run 60 seconds, 200m would be to run 25 seconds, 100m I would love to drop my time down to 11 seconds, and final in my field event in the long jump to jump 16-6. I am a hard working athlete who continuously push myself to be better than what I am. I think what makes me different is how motivated I am and determined I am to be better than everyone one else. If I believe I can do it then I will succeed in doing it. On and off the track I am a great athlete who tries to do my best in everything I put my mind to.
