Maya Pacarro '24 Recruiting Profile

Aloha! My name is Maya Pacarro and I am a senior at Kamehameha Schools - Kapālama Campus in Honolulu, Hawai'i. I have been running track and field since I was twelve. I continue to love the sport as I learn and develop as an athlete. This summer, I challenged myself to learn four new events in order to compete in the Heptathlon Event at the USATF Junior Olympics in Oregon. Education is equally important to me. Since starting High School, I have challenged myself to take honors, AP, and college-level courses. College is a path that I know that I will be taking, participating in college track and field would be a dream come true.  I love reading, running, weight training, and traveling. I also enjoy soccer, flag football and other sports. My motto is to "be better, every day."
