Being an athlete is a privilege I’m incredibly grateful for, and it’s a journey I hope to continue at the collegiate level. I started track in 7th grade without realizing how much it would shape my life. What began as something to get me out of the house has turned into a passion I cannot imagine living without.
I train year-round at the Ironwood Throwers Center in Rathdrum, Idaho. Thankfully, the center is just a block from my home which allows me to stay fully engaged with the sport and the Ironwood community. I involve myself in as many opportunities there as I can, always striving to grow as both an athlete and a person. I truly believe that God has blessed me through this sport, and I’m determined to honor this blessing by giving my best every day.
Pursuing track in college is a goal I take seriously. I know that success at the next level requires not only physical commitment, but also academic discipline. I work hard in the classroom with the same intensity I bring to training. My long-term goal is to become a sports psychologist, and I understand that strong academics now will set the foundation for that future.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me, not just as an athlete, but as a dedicated student and a motivated individual. I’m excited for the opportunity to grow, compete, and contribute at the college level.
