Hello, I’m considerably new to the throwing industry but I’ve put in hours of work during the seasons that I have competed in, and the off season. I’m a dedicated athlete, I started track my 7th grade year running distance and throwing shot put. My 8th grade year I started throwing shot and discus, and of course running distance. The summer before my freshman year I trained 5 or 6 days a week with the retired UofL head throwing coach. Over last summer I also started throwing hammer. I’ve advanced quickly in the trade of hammer throwing. My freshman season is nearing the end right now with a current PR of 113’8, a little over 20’ PR from my eighth grade year. My current hammer throw PR is a little over 131’. I hope I can continue to learn more about throwing, hopefully with your help. Thank you.
