My name is Ella Hoefer (http://www.ellahoefer.com). I am currently a Junior in the top 1% of my class at Northridge High School in Middlebury, Indiana, a 2019 IHSAA Freshman State qualifier, and I am extremely interested in running track in college. I am a third-year varsity runner for the Northridge Raiders. I have been running track for nearly 5 years now and the COVID pandemic encouraged me to run cross country for the past two years in preparation for the upcoming track season. My specialty is the 400-meter dash as well as the 4x400 meter relay. I began last year by running the 4x800 meter relay but unfortunately, the season was cut short, again, due to COVID. I plan to run the 4x800 meter relay and possibly the 800-meter dash this season as well. If you would like to contact my coach her name is Trisha King and her email is [email protected].
I am currently the Junior Class President at Northridge High School, Junior Secretary of the National Honors Society, a Junior Optimists Club Honorary Member, and a selected Leadership Council member. I currently obtain a 4.526 GPA.
Some highlights of my career are:
2019 Northern Lakes Conference Champion in the 4x400 meter relay
