My goal is to receive a bachelor's degree while competing at the highest level of track & field possible. I feel I will make a great addition to any collegiate track & field program. I am an excellent student, and a resilient competitor always striving to be the best in the classroom and on the track. In September 2014 I suffered a compound fracture in my leg which required surgery to repair. A second surgery was required to remove one of the screws that was causing me extreme pain in Feburary 2015, limiting my ability to train and condition before track season. I fought to get back in shape & qualified for the 2014 State Meet - placing 14th.
