I have experience a lot of things throughout my years in high school. High school have had an effect on who I have become, but the biggest impact on my life has been track & field. I have learned so much, from how to work with a team, to being disciplined, how to cope with failure, how to be the best I can be, and how to lead a team. Track has served as a backbone to everything I do in my lie. It has showed me ways to persevere though all obstacles, to work through pain even when you feel it's the end, and to be responsible for myself and my actions. It has changed my life, and it is preparing me to live in the real world. My mom has always told me that I can be whoever I want to be, to accomplish getting a scholarship to a great college so that my mother doesn't have to worry about spending a dime on me. I want to accomplish getting a Ph.D in Physical Therapy. I dream of making i to the Olympics and place 1st in the 400 meters and wear a gold medal around my neck making my mother and step-father proud. And one day I hope to have my own business as a Massage Therapist and become the best I could be at that. In conclusion, I wish I could stay with my mother forever but it is time for me to grow-up and be in this world alone. I'm her first child and I would love to make her proud for raising a beautiful and successful daughter. But I need your help to help me start accomplishing some of my dreams.
