Hello, my name is Natasha Gatzke and I’ve been pursuing track and field for years. Going from school track to club track my love for the sport grew even bigger and I was more determined than ever. I’ve always been dedicated to my athletics, trying many different sports helping me gain good sportsmanship and most importantly different abilities all of which led me into track and field. My main track disciplines are in the 60M hurdles and the 100M Hurdles. I have just started to gain experience in the 300M Hurdles and Long Jump in 2018. In 2017 I broke the Midget 60M hurdle indoor Provincial record. Athletics and school go hand in hand for me and I am always looking for ways to succeed and take part in something I’m passionate about. I work hard to maintain my high GPA scores and find new ways to improve my athletic performance. When I’m determined I will always strive to do my best and put in the hard work I need to get there. Being the open-minded person I am, I love to try new things but as I mature I am beginning to take a lot of interest into science and the human body. I also work a part time job outside of track and school managing my time wisely and effectively. I’m a resilient, coachable, athlete looking for opportunities that I can work hard at and take my track career to a whole new level for my competitive edge.
