My name is Jaynae Pinder a senior hurdler passionate about track and field, eager to discuss my collegiate aspirations, especially with your esteemed team. My primary goal is to excel in the hurdles, pushing my limits on and off the track while fostering team camaraderie and shared success. I'm known for my relentless work ethic and determination, qualities I bring to both athletics and academics. Balancing sports and studies, I prioritize excellence through disciplined time management and organization I know that i have what it takes to compete on an international level. I have gained personal experience qualified to be a part of the NACAC under18& 23. My background as a female hurdler has instilled in me resilience, adaptability, and leadership. I'm not just an athlete but also a mentor.
