I love running to the point where it's just me and the track. My goal is to have a 4 minute mile and be in the top ten of runners at my school. Goals are important. Dreams, however, are more important. I dream about becoming like my teachers, directors, and coaches. I dream of being kind, a hard worker, and fascinated by music like my music teacher/band director. I dream of being loving, funny, and creative in all the things I hold dear like my theater director. And I dream of being courageous, determined, and positive in my home life, school life, and running life just like my track coaches have taught me. I power my dreams by running. I can't accomplish my dreams if I'm not moving towards them. So, I run.
