Kaylyn Nelson '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Kaylyn Nelson, and I am a junior at Ithaca High School. This past track season was my first official season and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with it. Through the trial and error of a wide variety of events, I finally found my passion for hurdles towards the end of the season.

I am so determined to continue to get better and always strive to do the best that I possibly can achieve. I love all of the feedback and tips that I can get to help me improve my times and form. 

Academically, I wish to pursue a career in medicine. I am a wonderful student in school and am always eager to learn new things! I wish to continue my academic and athletic career at a higher level once I have finished high school.
