Shot Put is ran through my family. I tried it in 7th grade in grand ledge public school then I transferred schools. I stop doing track until my 10th-grade year when I met my current throwing coach Bart I start throwing in 10th grade and started throwing 20 feet at the end of that year I threw 23 feet. In my recent season in 2022 I started throwing at 23 feet 4 inches. And at the end of the season I throw 24'1 spinning. I just start spinning a south ave 3/4 way through the season. I Hope to practice and train at my house this summer and maybe go to some meets. I will start practicing with my School coach during the winter and i will be going to meets with him. Then My Next season Im hoping to throwing 30+ feet. Now I do think I could accomplish this goal if I work hard and train harder. While keeping my Body in good health.
