    Hello, My name is Autumn Rakosnik. 

I am in 9th grade and my sports are Track and Cross County, I have been doing Track since I was in 7th grade and I joined Cross County in 8th. I have been running since before I can remember. 

My times are 

5k is 18:49 am

2 mile-11:40

1 mile-5:29

800- 2:26 

My times are constantly getting better… My last race I ran a 5:35 first mile which is close to my mile time on a track which makes me think my times will consistently continue to improve. (2nd mile 11:44)

I would be a big impact because I'm full of energy and hype my team up before every race and encourage all my teammates to do there best!
