My goal is to become a D1/D2 college athlete while pursuing a major in the biomedical field and a minor in music. I want to be able to help people in a way that promotes innovation, exploration, and creativity. I would also like to further this creativity through my passion for singing. I am in Minnetonka's Concert Choir and Chamber Choir, and I also perform numerous gigs and performances at coffeeshops and our school's "Coffeehouse" with a band.
I am a good candidate for your team because I am on the varsity team for cross country, and I have a weighted GPA of 4.223. My best time in the 5k is 19:17.00 minutes after undergoing surgery for a broken foot my sophomore year. After a year of recovery, I can safely say I am fully recovered, and, with this new personal best under my belt, I am determined to make the most of this year's cross country season. Additionally, I will be pursuing my goal of going well below 19 minutes in the 5k while leading my teammates as a cross country captain this season.
I always want to make everyone feel welcome and heard, and I prioritize respect for others, as well as myself, over everything. I hope I can be a great addition to your team as a student athlete, and I wish the best for everyone who has the opportunity to be recruited.
