Amelia Davis '24 Recruiting Profile

I’m Amelia Davis and I am a junior at Pequot lakes high school. I originally started track in ninth grade as runner but then my coaches had me try something new and it turned out really well for me. So now I’m a shot putter and a discus thrower for my team. Even when I was worried about not doing well throwing my coaches helped me along the way and helped me grow as an athlete because I am willing to learn more and try something new. I am a supportive teammate who always try’s to encourage my teammates. I am very humble and always push myself to do better at every meet. I would love to do track in college but finding a school with a great track program can be tough. So I’m hoping to find a school that’s willing to work with me.
