Hello! Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I’m part of the class of 2027 and have been in track since 6th grade. I’ve always loved team sports—soccer and basketball are a big part of my life—but track has challenged me in a different way. At first, it was tough adjusting to the more “individual” nature of track. After a strong middle school season, I felt expectations (self imposed and external pressure) were high to continue the same progression in high school. I briefly considered not continuing on due to that pressure. But I’m really glad I stuck with it. My coach helped me focus on one race at a time, and that mindset shift has made all the difference. I’m proud to say I qualified for NH DIII States, Meet of Champions, and New Englands both freshman and sophomore year, and I’ve grown a lot as both an athlete and a person.
Outside of track, I’ve been a starter on the Varsity Soccer and Basketball teams since freshman year and I’m currently captain of the soccer team. That role has taught me a lot about leadership, especially how to bring together teammates with different personalities and goals. I take my role as a student-athlete seriously. Balancing three sports, AP and Honors classes, and a career-focused course at a separate campus has helped teach me strong time management skills and discipline.
I’m hoping to continue my track journey in college and plan to study exercise science or pre-PT. I love competing, pushing myself, and being part of a team and I'm excited to bring that same energy to my college experience.
