Hi,
I am Alexarae Clark. I run cross country and track at Deer Park High School in Long Island, New York. One of my goals is to become a psychiatrist. I have realized, throughout the years I enjoy talking to people who are in need of help. I think about the individual and what they're saying and sincerely want to help them. I plan that in the future I will be able to achieve this goal and assist people in this matter. I work hard to achieve my grades and my average is currently in the 90's.
My next goal that I want to achieve is running the 1000m in under 3:05 by the end of the winter 2018 season. For the spring season my goal is to run an 800m at 2:25 or lower by the end of the 2018 season. I am the captain of my cross country and track team. I am also very hardworking, dedicated and a big favor of teamwork. I have earned MVP during my two years of cross country in the years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. I have also earned MVP during my 10th grade winter season during the years 2016-2017. Both my cross country seasons were a success, I made 2nd team-All league during both of my seasons. During my winter season I made All- League for my 1000m and for spring track I made All- League again. By the end of this winter and spring season I want to have ran at County Champions with a good finish to the 2017-2018 seasons.
