My name is Jenna Plank and I am a junior at Bexley High School in Bexley, OH. I am a sprinter and I have been running track since the fourth grade. I am a returning team captain for my high school team for the 2023 outdoor season. I have always taken track very seriously. Running in college has been an interest of mine for some time . Being a part of a team is something very important to me. Not only do I run for my school in the spring, I run for the Central Ohio Cheetahs track club in the summer, and indoor track during the winter season. I think what sets me apart from other athletes is my dedication and commitment to my team. Being the best teammate I can be is something I work on during practices, meets, and even conditioning. My freshman year taught me a lot and helped me realize which events I actually began to succeed in. While I mostly ran relays and competed in long jump during my school season, club helped me focus on my individual events. I ran the 100, 200, 4 by 4, 4 by 1, and 4 by 2 during most my meets along with long jump. During this year's indoor season , I tried other events such as the 60m. During outdoor, I ran 300h a few times as well. I love trying new things, especially in track and field. I am so excited for my junior season to start and I cannot wait for the years to come!
