Annie Rossi '16 Recruiting Profile

    Track is my passion, I want to continue improving and competing at the colligate level. I started running track in middle school and have competed on Vermilion High's varsity team since my freshman year. Each season I have worked out year round to improve my times in order to become the best runner I can be. I plan on continuing to improve during my senior year indoor and outdoor seasons and reaching new goals.

    School is very important to me and I stay very involved academically. I plan on majoring in broadcast journalism and hope to become a news anchor in my future. Vermilion has started its own news channel and I have had the wonderful opportunity to get a head start learning about anchoring this year. Being a leader is also something I take pride in, as I am Vice President of our student council and head many school events and activities. I can not wait to continue my future academically and athletically at the colligate level.
