Personal Statement

I’m currently a Junior at Ridgewood High School. My academics are extremely important to me, as well as my athletic performance. I started pole-vaulting a little bit in 7th grade with the help of a former senior; I started competing in 8th grade and so on. Relationships/friends/bonds I make through sports are important to me because I believe they will be essential in my development into my own, unique self.
