Crater Twilight Personal Statement
Hey, I Am Samantha Payne. I’m a senior at Crater High School. I have attained above a 3.5 gpa so far through high school. I’m wanting to go into Environmental Science, or Biolog. I love Cross Country, and Track. This year I have finished 1st, 2nd and 3rd in races. Best races are the Midwestern League Championship, at this race I took 2nd and the Woahink Lake XC invitational where I took 1st. I have been on the Crater High School Varsity team since my freshman year. Each year I continue to grow and improve. This year I’m hoping to get under 5:00 for the 1500 during track season. Also in Cross Country I’m hoping to break 19’s. I desire to have a bond with my teammates, and to feel more like family. I also enjoy having people around me to push me to become a better runner, and person.
