Haylee Baldwin '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Haylee Baldwin. I am a Senior at Crater High School located in Central Point, Oregon. I have been involved with running since I was in the fourth grade. In the 5th grade I won the the district Mini Marathon made up of over 200 + girls in the  4th and 5th grades. I still hold the record for the girls fastest time. Since then I’ve been running Cross Country & Track and Field through out my middle school and high school years. As a freshman at Crater, I made the varsity xc team And have continued to hold my varsity spot to date!  Crater is recognized as one of the elite teams in the state of Oregon.  The Team first mentality is our core focus which is a thing I am passionate about.  Teamwork is extremely important to me because I feel its what motivates me to accomplish personal goals along with team goals. I’m looking for a team that will push me beyond my expectations and allow me to do the same so we can accomplish the goals we set as a team.  I really appreciate you taking the time to look at my profile, thank you so much in advance!! :)
