Ryan Thomas '26 Recruiting Profile

Through many hard times and tough situations I’ve always seen the light at the end of the tunnel and have always loved the feeling track gives me. December 7th, 2024 I was in a terrible car accident that led me to have many severe injuries. I completely shattered my pelvis, I wasn’t able to walk for 2 months due to have sever my pelvis was broken, I broke 9 ribs, broke and dislocated my shoulder, broke my thumb and snapped an important ligament in my neck to the point I needed to be in a halo head brace for 3 months, two years before the accident I tore my ACL during a soccer game. That previous track season (May 2024) I won the 3A State championship for the 100m. I won with great Determination and dedication to my sport and my performance. By the Grace of God and lots of patience, time, and determination I am continuing my running career in hopes for a big senior year and an amazing start to my college career. Determined to do anything and if I have my mind set on it, I will achieve it.
