Emily Sinton '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Emily Sinton. I am currently a junior at South Fayette High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I participate in two varsity sports: soccer and track. As a soccer player, I have found success through being a lead goal scorer on both my club and high school teams. This year, my high school team won WPIALs. As a track athlete, I have found success on both state and local levels.  I have qualified for WPIALS in the 400m (3 years), 800m (2 years), 4x400m relay (3 years), and 4x800m (3 years). I also have attended states for the 4x800m relay my freshman, sophomore, and (hopefully) junior years. We placed 15th my freshman year, and 16th my sophomore year. I enjoy track because it keeps me in shape and challenges me to push my limits. I have learned a lot about perseverance, overcoming challenges, and myself over the course of my track career. I am hoping to continue my running career at the college level, so if you are interested, please reach out. Academically, I hold a weighted GPA of 4.39 and an unweighted GPA of 3.93. In college, I am interested in several different fields of studies. Some of these include architecture, interior design, criminology, criminal justice, law, and psychology.
