Amaya Diaz '25 Recruiting Profile

I discovered my passion for running my Sophomore year.  Now that my Senior year is here, I am excited for this track season, but definitely not ready to say goodbye to the track when the season is over.  I come from a very small town and am 1 of 2 girls that competed in the distance events last year.  That never deterred me from trying my hardest.   I am not afraid of hard work & will always push myself to be the best version I can be.  I enjoy signing up for and participating in 5K's in my area (even if I have to drive over an hour to get there... gotta love small towns!)  

Being on a College Team would be such an honor and a great way to meet new people as I start my college journey in pursuit of a future career in nursing.
