Personal Statement

My name is Chinyere Amadi (currently a senior) and I am very dedicated to running track in college. I am very hard-working, self-motivated, and a committed student-athlete with big dreams. I run the 4x1, 4x2, and 300-meter hurdles. I like running sprints and doing hurdles and I plan to continue that in college and as a professional athlete. I have goals to be a professional track and field runner as well as a pediatrician. What makes me a good candidate for the team is that I am very coachable, I can receive help from coaches and apply it to myself along as helping others. I always keep my grades up so that I'm always eligible and able to run.
