I am extremely driven. When I set a personal goal for myself, I work hard until I reach it. I have the discipline to get up every morning regardless of the weather (tropical storm, freeze, or just rain) and get out and get my miles that I set for my week in. I keep a log and track my daily workouts and other various activities to assure that I get 35-40 miles done in a week. I am able to mentally shut out variables to obtain my goals.
Goals I would like to accomplish during my college experience.
1. Thrive academically to be able to gain placement in medical school.
2. Continue to work towards competing in Cross Country or Track to become a College Athlete
3. Be mentored and learn from someone that will help me develop my distance running skills.
4. Continue to join clubs that allow me to volunteer and learn.
5. Develop relationships with teammates/ classmates.
