Growing up my parents always told me that I was going to be great. I am sure that most parents try to encourage their children, but my parents always said I was special and I believe them. With that being said college was never a what if, but a when and where. My goal for my collegiate career is to create as much opportunity for myself as possible. I would love to be a college athlete in order to continue to better myself at my craft and help my school achieve its goals. I know that I will need to work hard and show grit and determination. I view myself as being hard worker who is dedicated to my task. I believe that arriving on time is being late and leaving on time is not good enough. I know that sports is important but my grades are what will propel me to the finish line. So I take pride in my work and I never quit. I like when people doubt my ability because it give me motivation to go harder. I want to attend a school that displays the same pride in its scholars that it does in its athletes. I would like to attend a university that offers opportunity for growth in athletics and in educational aspirations.
