- La'Niyah has been progressing very well in her conditioning program for the sprint program. She has been doing hills, sand resistance work, sprint mechanics work on the grass. She will continue to work on her speed endurance, speed maintenance, and strength work until the start of her high school outdoor season. She will be going through her first indoor season starting in December.
