Katie Knies '25 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to pole vault in college.  I believe my strong work ethic combined with my easy-going personality make me a good candidate for almost any collegiate team.  I set high goals for myself both academically and athletically and work extremely hard to achieve them. I also strive to be a good teammate. Even though it's an individual sport, I really enjoy the team aspect of it. 

I did not compete in the 2023 outdoor season and I just missed the 2024 outdoor season as well.  I plan to vault this summer and continue to advance in the sport, fine tune my skills and go all out my senior year.
