Allie Fredrickson '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Allie Fredrickson and I am a 2025 Senior. I have been in track and field since 8th grade and started cross country my sophomore year. I have a passion for running and as soon as I started cross country I knew it would change my life and help me to showcase perseverance and hard work. My first year in cross country I qualified for the State meet in Pasco, WA which was an experience I will never forget. What I love the most about running is that it's mostly a mental sport and I have to challenge myself everyday. I also am very passionate about my education and I am interested in a path relating to journalism, English, or environmental science. I am someone who will always try to improve anything I am working on, and I am the same way when I run.
