Hello, my name is Elletta! Over the course of my high school career, I have developed collegiate goals and aspirations that I hope will set me up for a successful future. One of my main goals is to receive an excellent education at a college where I can thrive and learn. I take pride in my grades and high GPA, so it is important to me that I continue to maintain those in college. I want to be involved in clubs and forge life-lasting friendships, whether that is in the classroom or on the track.
What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am a hard-worker and determined person, who is also adaptable and coachable. I would not consider myself a very social person, however, I believe this trait to be one of my strengths. Being zoned-in allows me to be focused and prepared for how I am going to tear it up on the track. Nonetheless, I will always celebrate my teammate's accomplishments and strive to bring energy to my team. I also enjoy receiving feedback to not only help better myself but also improve the team. Being adaptable has allowed me to be open when I am taught new things and trained in new ways. I am willing to take risks when need be and will put 100% effort into achieving my goals.
The reason why I love track and field is because it is always possible to grow and improve. I want to represent my future school well on the track as well as in the classroom, and I am excited to see where running can take me.
