Noelle Redman '17 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals and aspirations include getting a Bachelor of Communications and being a beyond excellent student. My career aspirations are to work with magazines and music photographers by writing about music, the lives of musicians, as well as updating people on relevant events. 

My determination sets me apart from others, when I want something I go and get it. An example of that is when I had just turned 15 I was dead set on being a competitive swimmer in college and I was trying to get my times to drop down. I did everything I could think of to make that happened. I ate healthy, I worked out, joined USA Swimming and tried the best I could. Then I eventually got there. I feel that this is important because how are you going to improve at anything if you don't have some type of determination.
