Personal Statement

I am currently the varsity starter at 170 pounds for Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego, California. I’ve wrestled for a total of 4 years. Starting in 7th grade—as soon and I stepped foot on the mat— I grew so attached to the sport of wrestling. Even though it is one of the harder sports out there I feel like nothing can stop this connection I have with the sport.
