It was my first varsity tournament of the season & my first Varsity tournament win of the season.

5 days ADV technique
It lasted for 5 days where we trained four times a day. We would run in the morning, eat, train & would repeat the cycle til the 5 days are over.

For my past freshmen year I've been training all year long doing folkstyle, freestyle, beach wrestling, & Grecco Roman wrestling.
