Since I had started wrestling in 7th grade I had one goal, become a champion. When I was in 7th grade I joined wrestling because of my friends telling me how much fun it was. On my first day I didn't know anything but my coaches told me how much they were impressed by how quickly I had developed and grew. I had moved to Clearwater, Florida from Washington, Pennsylvania. I couldn't wrestle for a team in 8th grade in Florida since I wasn't in a private school but I picked up again in 9th grade making the varsity team over a senior even though I hadn't wrestled in a year. I didn't get to wrestle my sophomore year due to moving out of state then back again the first 2 weeks of the season. Over this starting summer I have been keeping up on tournaments placing 1st or 2nd in every tournament and going to 3 clubs and private lessons throughout each week. During my Junior season I had achieved many accomplishments. I placed 1st at the Jen Allshouse Memorial tournament that was help at Indian Rocks Christian and I was the District runner-up in 3A. Throughout the year I had placed in the top 3 at every tournament I had attended other than regionals.
