They say the best things in life come unexpected and wrestling is a perfect example of it. From never stepping foot on a wrestling mat, to being pulled up to wrestle Varsity mid way through my Freshman season, to being the Varsity team's MVP in just 3 short years, I have discovered wrestling is my passion. This is not only because it creates discipline, but because it truly shows if you work hard you can accomplish your goals and build amazing character. Dreams can change over time but right now my dream would be to wrestle at the collegiate level. Over the past couple of years I have improved immensely from not just my coaches but from my peers and teammates. Although I have improved, I know I have not reached my full potential, but I believe collegiate coaching, matches, and competition can get me there, through their knowledge, experience, and training. I would love nothing more than to wrestle in college and be trained by a great coaching staff.
