Cooper Skelton '23 Recruiting Profile

I am going into my sixth year of wrestling. I started in 7th grade because it intrigued me and I was looking for something to do during the winter. I quickly grew a love for the sport and now spend most of my time training for wrestling. I believe I can be a good part of a college team, as I am a hard worker in both the classroom and wrestling room, but I am also a leader and I'm someone who my coaches trust. Entering into my senior high school wrestling season, I've made it my goal to reach and win matches at the state tournament level, but at the same time be able to maintain the high grades that I've had during my first three years at Lakota West. I have earned my Varsity letter (Sophomore & Junior years.)
