Eddie Sykes '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a good candidate for your team. I have multiple and various reasons to back that up, starting with one, I'm a very hard worker and unbelievabley competitive. I'm almost always working on my craft (wrestling) or training to get better. I'm an optimistic person that quickly learns new things. My collegiate goals start off with mainly every athletes first goal, wrestle at the Divsion 1 level. Another goal is to earn a starting spot. In college, I plan to have no less than an A or B in all my classes. I believe I can work circles around majority of kids my age when it comes to getting to work in the wrestling room. I am always pushing and helping others to do better as well as pushing myself to the limit, and then some. I will be pursuing my dreams of becoming a Registered Nurse while in college as well. I think I have great character. I have played multiple sports growing up and quickly climbed to top of the totem pole in all of them. I am a good leader, hard worker, very self-motivated, and can deal with multiple tasks at once. Also, I set goals every day and don't stop working until I achieve them. These are all reasons why I believe I'm a perfect candidate for your team.
