christian evanger '17 Recruiting Profile

I'm a 5' 9" 120 lb. wrestler and currently wrestle for Vandit Wrestling Academy currently ranked in 34th nationally, according to Track Wrestling.  I made it to State this year for High School State Championship and came 1 match away from being a state placer as I was one of the two younger classman in my bracket.  I led my team in pins as a sophomore and finished my 2014/2015 season with a record of 42-12.  I currently live in Stanwood, WA and attend Arlington High School, class of 2017.  I am one of the most dedicated wrestlers, training 5 days a week while going to the gym 3 days a week before wrestling.  I'm a great teammate and always encouraging and pushing my team for excellence.  I try and be someone that underclassman can look up to by working as hard as anyone in the mat room or in the classroom.
