I’ve been on a wrestling mat since I was in diapers. Wrestling isn’t just something I do, it’s a part of who I am, and it always will be. From the beginning, competing at the next level has been one of my biggest goals. My journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s shaped me into the athlete I am today. As a freshman, I lost in the blood rounds at Regionals. Sophomore year, I bounced back and placed 4th at state. My junior year was supposed to be my breakout season the year I claimed a state title but an injury kept me sidelined. Now, heading into my senior year, I’ve never been more focused or determined. I’m coming back stronger than ever, and I’m confident that I’ll finish this season at the very top number one on the podium. I believe I’d be a great addition to any college wrestling program not just because of my experience, but because of my work ethic, discipline, and coachability. I’ve faced adversity, and each time, I’ve come back better. I know what it means to grind, to sacrifice, and to lead by example. I’m ready to compete, contribute, and grow at the next level.
