“Sterling College is a small, private Christian school in Sterling, KS, a small town near Wichita in the southeast part of the state. We believe and affirm wholly the gospel and Jesus Christ and expect and help our student-athletes to grow in their and live in a Christ-centered manner. Our program is small, but has a lot of potential to grow into something very special. I am looking for athletes who want to keep running and pushing themselves to be better and want to do that in a place where there opinions, thoughts, and personalities matter and won't be ignored or lost in a big crowd. We are devoted to developing complete student-athletes, and in that complete human beings. Our program will challenge you to grow in many more ways than just athletically, and we want kids who are up to the challenge. Whether you are a believer or not, we will take you in and care for you as a family member and push you to be better every day. Our coaching staff is not looking to dictate and control, but we appreciate and expect feedback from our athletes. It is a dynamic system concerned first with the growth of each of us in all aspects of life, and in so doing we expect great things of our athletes and our program.”
