What the Coaches are Saying...
Apr 12, 2018

“Hello from the Southwestern University Women's Lacrosse Office. I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Matthew Grosso, and I am the new Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Southwestern University. We are a brand new lacrosse program that began competition during the 2013-14 school year! Southwestern University's campus is located in historic Georgetown, TX, just north of the state capital of Austin. Southwestern's serene residential campus occupies a small portion of 700 acres that include the San Gabriel river and areas reserved for biological and environmental research. Southwestern is also one of the 40 colleges featured in Loren Pope's book: Colleges that Change Lives and was selected as one of Forbes Top 100 Colleges! Georgetown and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for putting learning into practice through volunteerism, civic engagement and internships.”
