Levi Mickelson '24 Recruiting Profile

I started playing baseball when I was 7 years old, and it wasn't until recently that I realized my career was potentially coming to an end. I love the game and I am far from ready to stop playing, so I would appreciate any opportunity to stay on the diamond. I would love to play baseball alongside acquiring a masters degree in mechanical engineering, which would be challenging, but possible. I have maintained a good GPA throughout high school and have completed several common prerequisite classes, which will hopefully help throughout my college career. I run cross country and compete in Nordic Skiing as well, which has given me endurance and a strong mentality. I realize that Alaska isn't known for producing baseball players, but I love the game and want to keep it in my life.
